This is a great recipe for those cold days when a bowl of chili sounds wonderful, but you also need quick & easy.
Packed with protein & fiber, you're also giving your body those nutrients it needs to recover from training and maintain gut health.
Pair this with a simple salad, and serve with a potato, pasta, tortilla chips, or some nice crusty bread to complete the meal.
You can easily half this recipe for a family of 4 with no leftovers.

Ingredients :
1 Tbl olive or avocado oil 2 lbs ground beef or turkey breast 1 med onion, chopped 2-4 Tbl chili powder 2 10 oz cans Rotelle tomatoes, pureed 1 15 oz can stewed tomatoes, pureed 2 15 oz cans ranch-style beans, undrained salt & pepper to taste

InstantPot/CrockPot Directions:
Set the Instant Pot to saute, or heat a skillet on the stove over medium heat. Add oil. Brown together ground beef, onion and chili powder. You can do this step ahead of time and freeze until ready to make Add beef mixture (if cooked on the stove), Rotelle, tomatoes, beans, and salt and pepper to the Instant Pot/Crockpot. Cook on low for 4-6 hours, or on high for 2-4 hours. Add water or broth if needed.
Stovetop Directions:
Heat oil in a stockpot on the stove over medium heat. Brown together ground beef, onion and chili powder. You can do this step ahead of time and freeze until ready to make Add beef mixture, Rotelle, tomatoes, beans, and salt and pepper to the pot Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat and cook on low for at least 30 minutes, or up to 6 hours. Add water or broth if needed.
